Cellesense
Cellesense provides software applications for self-service over mobile networks and internet using natural language. It is used in Instant-Messaging environments such as SMS and Web.
For example, a customer sends a text message: “what was my balance yesterday”, The Cellesense application receives the message, analyzes it, interacts with the organization’s data source, retrieves the requested information, and sends it to the customer within seconds.
Another example is with a mass transportation service provider. Cellesense application answers questions such as: “I am in Birmingham, which train should I take to reach London Heathrow before 5pm”.
This self-service tool is used by service providers to provide service to their customers in an automated or semi-automated way, thus reducing costs, increasing effectiveness and improving service efficiency.
